Roger held senior positions at GKN Aerospace and Airbus in the UK and France before joining Exova as Group Technical Director with responsibility for technology, quality and HSE across the group. Since 2018, Roger has been supporting businesses, regional governments and research & technology providers to develop and implement technology strategies and business improvements to create real value. Roger has worked on more than 30 M&A projects on both buy side and sell side where he provides technical expertise, quality systems understanding and experience of delivering operational excellence.
