A visionary executive with over two decades of leadership experience, Mustafa Temiz has successfully driven transformation and growth in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TICC) industry. His wide-ranging and diversified expertise has allowed him to be successful across various sizes (up to 95k FTE) and forms (PE-backed, publicly traded, association-owned) of multinational organizations in various regions, consistently delivering rapid and sustainable impact.
His prior roles include Vice President of Industrial Field Services North America at SGS, where he led business transformation efforts across the U.S. and Canada. He also served as Vice President of Industrial Services Canada, leading the business in all aspects. Before joining SGS, Mustafa founded MT Ventures, offering strategic consulting and advisory services to professional services and fintech companies. He also held leadership positions such as Managing Director of Industrial Services at DEKRA and Regional President for Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia at Intertek. Earlier in his career, he served as Country President at Moody International, contributing to the company’s expansion and market leadership.
As a results-oriented leader, Mustafa excels in fostering client-centric, innovative, and employee-oriented cultures. He holds an Executive MBA and a bachelor’s in industrial engineering. Mustafa is also an accredited angel investor and board advisor, contributing to startups in various tech-enabled sectors.
